My Philosophy

As a Mental Health Counselor, my philosophy is encourage personal
growth and help the clients enhance the most positive aspect of themselves and reduce anxiety/stress.
To accomplish this goal,  we often examine the past experiences which have created a negative self worth, depression or anxiety . When utilizing  therapy, we may examine the clients present personal issues and create problem solving solutions. Reading applicable books and journaling are suggested to enhance the counseling experience.
